Franklin was intelligent, cultured, and witty. It would be a serious devolution if Franklin ended up as Cain. You have zero credibility in your reincarnation theory. Walter Semkiw's reincarnation theory is interesting and plausible, and it looks like you ripped off his criteria and tried to slant it in favour of your conservative Republican political agenda. I agree with some of it but reincarnation can only be proven when an astrologist traces a birth chart and finds out about the person's previous life. Magda Goebbels was reincarnated as a 20 year old annoying little bitch from Louisiana. The girl posted the birth chart on her website and apparently she's had more than one person confirm this. I also heard that Joseph Goebbels' rebirth location was somewhere in Europe, nowhere near America. Buddhists can also prove all of this.
